Green Shrimp Curry

Lovely to look at, wonderful to taste.

Ingredients:

  • 2 can coconut rice
  • 1 lb cooked, cleaned shrimp
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp green curry paste
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 6 Small potatoes, peeled and cut
  • 4 chopped Thai peppers (handled carefully with seeds removed by kitchen gloves)


Procedure:

  1. In wok or skillet, fry the curry paste
  2. Add the milk and potatoes till done, with fish sauce, and sugar
  3. Add the cooked shrimp until heated through with chopped peppers.
  4. Serve over noodles.
