Lovely to look at, wonderful to taste.
Ingredients:
- 2 can coconut rice
- 1 lb cooked, cleaned shrimp
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp green curry paste
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 6 Small potatoes, peeled and cut
- 4 chopped Thai peppers (handled carefully with seeds removed by kitchen gloves)
Procedure:
- In wok or skillet, fry the curry paste
- Add the milk and potatoes till done, with fish sauce, and sugar
- Add the cooked shrimp until heated through with chopped peppers.
- Serve over noodles.
