Thai Cucumber Sauce

A Thai staple that is the perfect addition to most Thai dishes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup peeled and thinly sliced cucumber
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • 1/2 Cup white vinegar
  • 1 Tsp salt

Preparation:

  1. Place cucumbers in a small bowl
  2. Boil the remaining ingredients
  3. Cool and store, uncovered
  4. Pour sauce over cucumbers when served


Makes 1 and 1/2 cups
