Stir-Fried Vegetables

When in a rush, cut open frozen mixed vegetables, thawed in the microwave and opened for the basis of this recipe.


  • 1 ½ Tsp sugar
  • ¼ Tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 Cup mixed fresh vegetables, sliced uniformly
  • 1 Small onion, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 Tsp yellow Thai curry paste


  1. Heat oil in wok or skillet
  2. Add onion and stir fry until tender
  3. Add vegetables. Cook, stirring until thickest vegetable is crisp-tender
  4. Add fish sauce, sugar, pepper, and softened curry and stir till mixed
  5. Serve hot with rice
