Stir-fry Sauce

Wonderful addition to any Thai kitchen. It keeps in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup homemade chicken stock
  • ¼ Cup Fish sauce
  • 1 Tbsp sugar

Procedure:

  1. Boil stock and fish sauce and sugar together for 3 minutes
  2. Refrigerate, use with any recipe calling for fish sauce
