Thai Dipping Sauce

This sauce is added to many dishes at the end of the stir-fry. Or it can be reserved for dipping by adding julienned carrots as garnish.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Limes
  • ¼ Cup fish sauce
  • ¼ Cup brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tsp chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp ketchup

Procedure:

  1. Cut 1 lime and squeeze into bowl to make 1 tbsp
  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir
  3. Heat until blended well
