A great tasting a make-ahead company dish. Takes 30 minutes in the oven.
Ingredients:
- 1 Lb fresh fish, cut in ¾ inch cubes
- 10-oz Cabbage, sliced
- 1 Tbsp red curry paste
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 3 Tbsp fish sauce
- 1 Red pepper, seeded and chopped
- 2 eggs
Procedure:
- Heat the oil with the curry paste until fragrant. Cool.
- In a large bowl, add the paste to the fish and fish sauce.
- Mix milk and beaten egg and add to fish mixture
- Place the cabbage on bottom of a 9x9" greased baking dish.
- Arrange the fish on the cabbage and garnish with the red pepper strips.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
